Job Description

Overview:

The Branch Manager plays a critical role in the success of our organization by overseeing the operations sales and customer service at our branch. They are responsible for ensuring that the branch meets its financial goals provides exceptional customer service and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Supervise and manage branch staff including hiring training and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and manage branch financial performance including budgeting and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and community partners
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals objectives and updates
  • Collaborate with other branch managers and senior management to share best practices and drive overall company success

Required Qualifications:

Min 3 5 year of Sales experience Life Insurance Relationship manager experience preferred
*Must have Life Insurance Experience (3 years Direct Sales)
*Must have a bike (Not mandatory in Mumbai) Graduation
*Should be comfortable in Open Market Direct Sales
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in customer service and resolving issues
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
