Business Analyst

We seek the skill and talent of a Business Analyst to join a project management office working on the implementation of a large enterprise level software system. If you have a proven track record with the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems we would like to hear from you now.

Technical Skills and experience sought include:

• ERP System Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems their modules (like Asset Management Customer Relationship Management Financials Human Resources Mobile Applications Payroll Rates and Regulatory) and how they integrate with existing systems.
• Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse current business processes identify gaps and inefficiencies and design optimised processes aligned with ERP capabilities.
• Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting documenting and prioritising functional and nonfunctional requirements specific to the ERP implementation.
• Data Analysis: Capability to analyse data requirements data mapping and data migration strategies within the context of ERP implementation.
• System Testing: Experience in defining test scenarios conducting system testing and ensuring endtoend testing to validate ERP system functionalities
• Technical Documentation: Skill in creating detailed documentation such as functional specifications user manuals and training materials.
• ERP Configuration and Customisation: Understanding of ERP configuration options and ability to collaborate with technical teams for customisation needs.

People Skills:

• Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders across various levels (executive department heads endusers) to understand needs manage expectations and secure buyin.
• Change Management: Ability to facilitate change by preparing stakeholders for ERP system adoption addressing concerns and ensuring smooth transition.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with project managers technical teams and endusers to ensure ERP implementation aligns with organizational goals.
• Problemsolving and Decisionmaking: Capability to identify issues analyse options and make informed decisions during ERP implementation phases.
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions and support to endusers to ensure they effectively utilise the ERP system postimplementation.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements timelines and priorities inherent in ERP implementation projects.
• Negotiation and Influence: Navigate differing viewpoints and negotiate consensus among stakeholders to drive ERP project success.
