Due to our continued growth in Ireland we have some fantastic opportunities for Arb Surveyors to join our Irish team in our expanding Arb Utility division based across the Richard to confirm right description for the North East of ROI.

As an Arb Surveyor working on our accounts you will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works. You will take responsibility for driving the programme delivery for both self contract KPI targets and our tree cutting teams.

This is a fieldbased role with the opportunity to complete any associated administrative works from home.

You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety environment quality customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!

What you will achieve;

• Responsible for outputs and performance within your projects measured against safety quality production budget required timings and client satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient communication with your assigned Project Coordinator and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery on all projects.
• Timely and effective reporting and communication through to your Contract Delivery Manager
• Ensure your assigned tree cutting teams have a suitable work bank and are being fully utilised across the wider contract.
• Update and manage the Work Programme SD Programme Held Up Programme Planning checklists and all similar programmes for your project and assigned teams.
• Satisfactorily resolving any HeldUp spans that need client resolution to obtain consent.

The person;

This a great role for someone with a sound knowledge of the arb industry tree works and a basic general project management understanding. Utility Arb experience is not essential as we can teach you what is needed for this.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous arb related experience and knowledge
• Practiced and strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient and competent IT.
• Welldeveloped team management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met.
• Excellent Customer Service
