Global Financial Controller - German Speaking

We are looking for a new colleague who would like to join BABLE fulltime as a Global Financial Controller as soon as possible.

Tasks

As a Global Finance Controller you will be responsible for all the tactical operational and strategic financial handling for our locations in Germany Spain the UK Denmark and Portugal. You will be responsible for facilitating and leading the development and implementation of BABLEs financial policies and procedures and ensuring the development of tools and systems that are relevant appropriate and of high quality.

Tasks involve:

• Leading and implementing the ongoing restructuring of BABLEs internal financial management control policies and procedures and ensuring alignment with the companys Strategic Goals.
• Responsible for bookkeeping invoicing and reimbursement of (private) expenses.
• Finance Administration such as managing company data for all locations and supporting EU contracts and grants.
• Ensuring that BABLEs finance and accountancy workflows are userfriendly and appropriate in all offices.
• Offering a regular sharp analysis of BABLEs general accounts financial health forecasting and trending risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Manage MS office. Advanced Excel skills.

Your profile

• Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or similar fields.
• 2 years of experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Able to process high amounts of information at a very fast pace.
• Able to process complex topics into simple presentations and documents.
• Your languages:English and German proficiency are mandatory.
• Very proactive mentality Try fail learn succeed.
