Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at EATCO ME in Manama. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, such as managing employee records, supporting HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The intern will also assist with personnel management and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR management and policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration
• Ability to assist with personnel management tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
