Etijah Coaching & Consulting Services is a coaching firm focused on human capital development. Our services are broken up into our coaching and consulting divisions. Our coaching services cater to businesses, students, and individuals; and are supported by our Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) and Business Consulting Divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions of newly created positions
- Cooperate with the marketing department for job ad creation
- Post on social media about current vacancies on different platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Be part of the assessment process of potential candidates.
- Onboarding new team members
- Responsible for preparing and disseminating internal learning material to new staff
- Update the company website as needed.
- Process Tamkeen’s / LMRA/ GOSI Procedures.
- Track employee leaves and sick leaves.
- Help in promoting efficient HR strategy.
- Maintain HR documentation.
- Update HR manuals and documentation
- Support in creating employee retention and growth plans.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- HR or Business Administration degree with a GPA of 3 and above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of different governmental platforms such as LMRA, and GOSI
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Past experience managing teams
- Efficient with a problem-solving mentality
