This is a remote position.
Scope
- Fulltime role 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30am 6:30pm Dubai (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM PHT)
- Includes 1hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Manage admin email inbox and communicate with clients/vendors
- Prepare and send invoices track payments and follow up on overdue bills
- Data entry into accounting spreadsheets and templates
- Ensure team members update timesheets and follow up as needed
- Follow up with clients on billing and keep tabs on billing responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the founders/lawyers
- Calendar Management
- Liaising with ThirdParty Vendors
Requirements
- 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roles
- Prior experience supporting lawyers or legal professionals is a must
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable jumping into Zoom meetings with video as necessary
