This is a remote position.
Scope: Monday Friday 8 am to 7 pm EST (8 pm to 7 am Manila Time) with 1hour break and 2 paid 15minute breaks
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO s calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO including emails phone calls and postal mail.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties ensuring all parties are wellinformed of necessary information and schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas perform research for meetings and take minutes during sessions.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Organize and manage special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives employees and external partners.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff board members external partners and donors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Discretion with confidential information.
Additional Requirement:
Experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly desirable.
