Navigating Your Role: Essential Insights

Be part of our client s team as a Financial Planning Assistant. Youll prepare reports manage client records ensure regulatory compliance and support financial planning processes. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Suite and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic goaloriented environment.


Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Mon Fri 05:00 AM 02:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Makati


Tasks that Count: Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.
  • Utilize high proficiency in Microsoft Suite particularly MS Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Manage competing demands and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • (Occasionally) Research and liaise with financial institutions super funds and insurance providers.
  • Maintain and update client records in financial planning software.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation.


Requirements

Qualifications that Matter: Required Expertise

  • Experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a current or previous job.
  • Excellent communication and followup skills.
  • Motivated goaloriented and enthusiastic.
  • Willingness to undertake repetitive tasks.
