Position: Interviewing Clerk

Location: 200 San Sebastian View Suite 2300 St Augustine Fl 32084

Duration: 2 Months

Shift: MF 85 PM (PT 21.5 hr/wk.) Parttime position

  • FLDCFSt. AugustineESSInterviewing Clerk Help DCF clients who cannot make it to the storefront in Jacksonville and Daytona. PartTime 21.5 hrs per week.
  • PT hours: There is flexibility there. The person can do up to 21.5 hours but does not have to do all that and they can have partial days. At this point there is no requirement on specific days besides MON FRI and normal working hours.

Effectively assessing customers needs.

  • Referring customers to community agencies as appropriate.
  • Timely and accurately escalating customers complaints/inquires as appropriate.
  • Documenting customers records timely and in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Assisting customers with the completion of online or paper applications.
  • Assisting customers with My ACCESS Accounts.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers as by departmental procedure.

Education

  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or at least 2 years of clerical experience
  • Must have 13 years of customerfacing customer service experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experiencing assisting customers with My ACCESS Accounts.
