Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Duration: 06 Months Contract on W2
Job Location: Lakeland FL Remote
Note: US Citizen are required for this position.
Description
This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned ****** Business Units as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts help desk phone calls and employee inquiries to the ******* Employee Service Center.
Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
Performing time adjustments in ***** People
Maintaining holiday schedules
Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
System training and testing when system changes occur
Weekly reporting and audit support
Complete required tasks independently
Basic Qualifications :
Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
Proven effective Customer Service skills
Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office soft
