Job Description
We have a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced Logistics Administrator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
As the Logistics Administrator you will be working a rotating shift basis as follows:
Week 1 Monday to Friday 6am 2pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 2pm 10pm
Overtime is available !!
The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for being the key liaison between customers and the warehouse you'll manage all order processing from start to finish ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
Your excellent communication skills will help you address queries coordinate with the warehouse team and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Looking after around 70 customer accounts you will build relationships with key contacts booking orders handling invoicing and updating systems.
You will complete all administration tasks related to Goods in and Goods out and ensure smooth dispatch operations.

- Strong communication skills across all mediums.
- Excellent coordination and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in a fastpaced distribution/logistics environment.
- Attention to detail initiative and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- A teamoriented mindset.
