Location: JHB/CT. They are open to hiring from outside of Joburg. You need be based within South Africa though.
Work model: Hybrid or Remote. The offices near Rosebank Johannesburg are an awesome huge old house that's been converted into a contemporary stylish and creative office. If you are Joburgbased based you would be expected to come in around 3 times a week.

Our client is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be working on a Kubernetes cluster hosted on AWS contributing to both frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular OR Vue.js and prepare for future transitions to React.
- Work on backend development using NodeJS Golang OR Python.
- Manage and optimise our NoSQL database.
- Implement and maintain messageoriented middleware using a Message Broker.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.
- Proven experience as a FullStack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (Angular OR Vue.js OR React).
- Experience with serverside languages (NodeJS OR Golang OR Python).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in working with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
- Strong understanding of the full web development life cycle.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Docker experience
- At least 4 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
