Role: o9 Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes and requirements.
- Design and implement supply chain solutions using the o9 platform.
- Customize and configure the o9 solution to meet clientspecific needs.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Provide training and support to endusers on the o9 platform functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the o9 platform.
- Document business processes configurations and functional specifications.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated with the latest o9 platform features and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant preferably with the o9 platform or similar supply chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning supply planning and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management and clientfacing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools.
Preferred:
- Certifications related to supply chain management or the o9 platform.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing retail or logistics.
- Knowledge of additional supply chain software solutions.
