The Player Protection Manager is responsible for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the companys player protection framework and practices.

We want you to:

• Build and continuously improve data models to understand the impact of player protection on players and the business.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the companys player protection framework and practices.
• Create benchmarks for evaluation and use these to assess the performance of the player protection framework and daytoday practices.
• Identify areas for optimisation and deliver parameters for improvements.
• Build reports for relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Report to senior management and the board of directors on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in compliance committees.
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements!

Requirements

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field Comliance or equivalent experience
• Experience in the online gambling industry preferably in a responsible gambling compliance or audit function.
• Indepth knowledge of Responsible Gaming regulations and other relevant regulatory obligations
• Sufficient insight in data analysis and preferably also statistics
• Ability to stay up to date with relevant developments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a person of integrity and sufficient seniority.
• Be reliable precise and wellorganized.
• Have strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to show commitment dynamism and team player.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Managerial skills
