Minimum Required Skills

• Build process models and executable workflows
• Excellent understanding Appian Group types Process Designing Security and CDT
• Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian Its benefit and disadvantage
• Integrate with web services databases or other systems
• Design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications
• Build and apply complex business rules
• Interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects

• Expert on designating the reports and develop those using Appian

• Writes high quality semantic testable maintainable and welldocumented code
• Clear communication both written and spoken across teams and during user experience reviews.
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience performing code reviews
• Driven to learn new technologies and is a personally motivated selfstarter

Preferred Skills

• Appian Level 2 Certification
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum
• Strong problemsolving and design skills
• Agile development workflow
• Experience working in a large corporate IT environment with software tools used for design build test & debug.
• Experience with ADA compliance
