In daytoday contact with our account managers and clients you receive briefings and translatebusiness objectives into social media strategies.
- You are able to understand and integrate our customers businesses challenges
- You define social ads campaign strategies and are able to build crossdigital strategies
- Youre able to deliver recommendations to clients and challenge our existing scope of work
- You define and create target audiences through indepth persona analysis
- You create paid media plans to allocate your budgets base on campaign objectives and audience
- You launch social media campaigns (setup execution implementation)
- You do daily optimization of short & longterm performance campaigns on social media
- You dont only think about performance but also about branding
- We do expect you to be able to present complex metrics to our clients and explain learnings from the data through data reportings
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands and/or retail ideally in agencies with at least 2 years of experience in the field
- You have educational background in marketing digital communication or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
- You are able to understand and integrate your customers businesses challenges;
- You can integrate these in your recommendations
- Awareness campaign is one step of a omnichannel plan; and you know it
- You have an Inclusive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- You love explaining and simplifying complex ideas and concepts
- You are proficient in at least French and master English
- Youre comfortable with working independently and as a team player
- Fastmoving rapidly growing work environments are your cup of tea
- You eat sleep and breathe Digital. Your curiosity and insights in the latest trends are natural
- Big talker or not your communication skills are excellent effortlessly juggling numerous stakeholders
