You Can Expect
The role
Revalue Nature (RVN) is looking for an exceptional Director to build our Assessment team.
As the Assessment Director you will play a crucial role in defining and overseeing the end-to-end development of our entire portfolio of projects, starting from their origination to their certification by a carbon standard such as Verra.
In this role, you will own and build our project assessment process ensuring the team delivers exceptional analysis at speed. You will define and implement analytical best practice throughout the team and organisation, embedding iterative work methods and effective prioritisation. In addition, you will partner with the Science Director and Science team to embed the latest science into our assessment process
We are looking for a versatile leader with exceptional strategic, conceptual, analytical and communication skills, a talent for solving complex problems, and a willingness to delve into details and acquire knowledge quickly. Prior experience in Nature Based Solutions (NBS) and/or carbon markets, preferably in an analytical, ratings, or investment role is required.
This is a full time position.
Location: ideally UK/Europe; Africa or SE Asia will also be considered
