Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and job applications to pre-screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing offer letters, completing necessary paperwork, and coordinating with the HR team
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice
- Perform other duties as assigned by the recruitment team
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
