As a Client Development Manager your primary responsibility revolves around managing loan applications from approval to settlement ensuring seamless coordination between banks solicitors and clients. The role is crucial in maintaining accurate fund allocations and providing timely updates to clients through various communication channels.
Job Description:
Tracking loan applications from approval to settlement with banks and solicitors using bank systems and software
Ensuring funds to complete are correct with all parties Providing updates to the clients via email and sometimes phone.
Existing Client Development (80%90% of role) Carrying out the following for existing clients:
Pricing requests Valuations Change of loan requests (completing forms and submitting to banks)
Drafting emails for broker to send As hoc calls to clients Updating systems (Mycrm google sheets) with data
Requirements
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in all client communications and transactions.
Maintain high standards of accuracy when updating records and handling client information.
Proficiency in written communication to draft clear and professional emails reports and client correspondence.
Ability to articulate ideas and information clearly and confidently to ensure understanding and alignment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
