Job Description
Position Title: Accountant & Reconciliation Officers
Work Setup: Work from Home
Salary Range: Php 35000..00
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer:
Perform daily reconciliation reports.
Liaising with other teams regarding any transaction issues identified through daily reconciliation.
Liaising with payment service providers on transaction issues.
Accurately prepare reports for daily and monthend report processes within the time constraints given.
Play a role in the testing and implementation of new payment systems.
Processing payments and invoices.
Spontaneous monitoring of account transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance within audit policies and framework.
Coordinating internal and external audits.
Qualifications as a Graphic Designer:
Bachelor s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of bank reconciliation experience invoicing and auditing; Australian experience preferred but not required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated and energetic approach with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
