Technical Support Representative
The primary role is to support the ID Provisioning team in providing users with appropriate system access. The position involves offering administrative support to ensure the efficient processing of sanctioning requests. We are looking to fill (2) positions for this role.

12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Hybrid work: In the office on Wednesdays (subject to change).

Responsibilities:
Ensure the ticket lifecycle adheres to defined standards.
Log requests follow up on outstanding items and provide instructions and status updates to users in a clear and professional manner.
Perform user administration across various applications and systems including Active Directory ISAM LDAP and assorted businessfacing applications according to defined standards.
Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency and impact.
Effectively handle all broker requests from start to finish.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Experience with Access Management technologies including Active Directory IBM Security Access Manager and LDAP.
Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for nontechnical business partners and influence differing points of view.
Exceptional time management and selfmanagement skills.
Selfmotivated and directed with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Ability to prioritize and multitask several requests in a short period.
Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
