Job Description

Manage and supervise the Vendor s delivery of the BSS systems and applications required for the project, including order management, product catalogue, provisioning, mediation, billing and CRM.
Provide tactical leadership to the program delivery under the governance of the executive steering committee, developing and implementing actionable plans based on executive direction.
Demand and resource planning.
Responsible for driving vendor delivery according to the agreed schedule and scope, managing dependencies, risks and escalations, manage stakeholder communication.
