About Us:

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment for all students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team. This role will support our diverse student population by providing highquality speech and language services in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments therapy sessions progress notes and IEPs.
  • Provide service sessions in both English and Spanish utilizing culturally and linguistically appropriate methods.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech language and communication disorders.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers parents and other educational professionals to support students academic and social success.
  • Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support speech and language development at home and in the classroom.
  • Stay current with best practices in speechlanguage pathology and bilingual education through professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist in Illinois.
