Sales Associate

Requirements

• Proficient in English Language.
  
• Must have great communication skills.
  
• Previous retail or sales experience preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Enthusiasm for makeup and beauty products.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers providing expert advice on makeup products skincare and beauty tools.
  
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge offering recommendations and upselling complementary products.
  
• Assist in stocking shelves organizing displays and monitoring inventory levels to ensure the store is wellstocked.
  
• Maintain visual standards and cleanliness of the sales floor ensuring products are displayed attractively and correctly.
  
• Stay updated on new products trends and techniques and participate in ongoing training sessions provided by the company.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
  
• Provide feedback to the store manager about customer preferences inventory needs and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
