Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customerfocused FrenchSpeaking Technical Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of working from home and being onsite. As a Technical Support Representative you will provide exceptional support to our Frenchspeaking customers helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide firstline technical assistance to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues guiding customers through stepbystep solutions. Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and escalate complex problems to higherlevel support teams as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system. Ensure all information is logged comprehensively to facilitate smooth followups and analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other support teams and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer queries and enhance the customer experience.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to improve our products and services. Participate in team meetings and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Training: Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills through companyprovided training sessions. Stay informed about new products services and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support Excellence: Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Aim for high customer satisfaction scores and low resolution times.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in French and at least B2 level proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Citizenship: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
  • Experience: Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools. Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and simple manner.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and onsite work as required. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
  • Customer Focus: High customer and service orientation with a proactive approach to solving customer issues. Ability to empathize with customers and ensure their needs are met.
