Overview:

We are seeking a committed FrenchSpeaking Technical Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of onsite collaboration. You will be crucial in addressing technical issues for our Frenchspeaking customers ensuring timely and effective support. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver highquality technical support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat. Address inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues providing clear stepbystep guidance to customers. Escalate more complex problems to higherlevel support as necessary.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system. Ensure thorough documentation for efficient followup and resolution tracking.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other support teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Coordinate with different departments to address and resolve customer queries.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams to enhance our products and services. Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your technical skills and product knowledge. Stay informed about the latest company products services and technologies.
  • Service Excellence: Aim to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in French and at least B2 level proficiency in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
  • Experience: Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge with a strong interest in learning new systems and tools. Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Capable of conveying technical information clearly and concisely.
  • ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid work model balancing remote and onsite work. Adaptable to changing work environments and schedules.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to empathize with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
