As a Concierge, you will serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring that our guests are 100% satisfied with their experience while in our hotel. To make the impossible - possible
The position of Concierge in the hotel is unique and challenging. He/She performs a role as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative and public relation agent.This service is delivered with politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guest’s expectation.
