Italian Customer Support Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position Type: Fulltime Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective customer support to Italianspeaking clients through multiple channels (phone email chat).
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer precise and helpful information.
  • Documentation: Accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our support processes by providing customer feedback and insights.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Patience empathy and a positive attitude are crucial.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to think on your feet and offer solutions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary.
