Commercial Personal Lines Insurance Producer

Our client is a leading insurance agency specializing in personal employee benefits and commercial lines. They are currently seeking a Personal & Commercial Lines Producer to join their team.

As a Personal & Commercial Lines Producer you will have the opportunity to selfgenerate prospects establish strong relationships consult on business and close deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Selfgenerate prospects and establish credibility
• Network and build strong relationships
• Consult on business and close deals
• Communicate and crosssell creating opportunities for and receiving leads for other departments

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty (can come from a captive agency)
• 3 years of B2B sales experience with an interest in selling B2B Small Commercial & Personal lines
• Knowledge of vertical markets/industries such as healthcare construction software/technology finance real estate auto dealerships auto shops and retail
• Experience in commercial lines preferably as a generalist (not trucking workers comp or benefits)
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
