Position: Data Analyst
Working hours: overlapping EST working hours
Salary Range: $900 $2200 USD per month

About the role:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. This role will involve creating and maintaining reporting dashboards using Tableau analyzing property and asset management data and providing actionable insights to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis preferably within the real estate sector and be proficient in using Tableau and Excel.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and improve reporting dashboards using Tableau.
• Analyze data related to property unit transactions utility readings reservation data and other asset management metrics.
• Collaborate with the different teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to support decisionmaking processes.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar position
• 5 years of experience utilizing Tableau and Excel
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with real estate metrics and financial analysis is preferred but not required.
