Customer Service
Assist and support Product Developments Services by effectively handing assigned service requests and defects for customers both internal and external.
Manage and prioritise customer requests in an effective and sustained manner that builds and strengthens customer relationships.

Technical Skills:
6 years Commercial Software Development Experience
Working Knowledge of Agile
Bachelors degree in computer science
Strong experience with C/C
should be ready to work on internal proprietary language.
Experience in database.
Experience in Team handling/ Team leading
