Distributor Management
Identify new distributors for business enhancement and continue generating sales through existing distributor. Ability to manage the relevant business of the assigned territory through a distributor or a set of distributors.
Identify new distributors for business enhancement and continue generating sales through existing distributor.
Planning the geographical penetration and product strategy to achieve planned numbers.
Educating and upgrading the Distributors infrastructure like Warehouse Stocking Logistics manpower to meet the present and future demands
Selecting training and monitoring the Distributors sales team to ensure their effectiveness
Ability to judge /manage the critical activity in the distribution set up in terms of backend infrastructure like finance stocking logistics service and training as well as frontend infrastructures like manpower market coverage supplies competitor activities schemes and promotion management market os and slowmoving inventories
Inventory planning to ensure the availability of right stock at the distributors and stores serviced by the distributor and assist in clearing nonmoving stocks.
Ensure the receivable are maintained at agreed levels for both distributors and outlets served by him.
Operation Management
Develop and manage the right product mix for the respective sales channel. Make recommendations based on monthly forecast and marketing information analysis.
Maintain & develop relations with trade associates.
Knowledge and understanding of the territory to be handled in terms of existing markets upcoming markets and untapped markets. Conducting Competition and market mapping at frequent intervals to study market movements.
Ability to manage /supervise the channel health in terms of material availability new product launches slow moving inventory management
Education
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience Requirements
Industry requirements: White goods Garments FMCG
Specific experience in handling distributors / Franchisee will be preferred.
34 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the territory to be handled in terms of existing markets upcoming markets and untapped markets
Excellent communication skills;
Frequently interact with internal and external partners for collaboration Negotiation for mutual agreement problem resolution.
Strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with internal and external business partners.
