About the Client:


A global IT MNC company


Role Summary:


Seeking a highly skilled Director for Partnership and Alliances to spearhead our strategic activities in building and scaling our companys alliance program. This key leadership role will focus on leveraging partner ecosystems and channel networks to drive significant growth and revenue.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration: Identify and target key market segments verticals and regions to drive new revenue through customer acquisition and user adoption.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and execute strategic business plans. This includes team development and marketing strategies to enable partners to meet their goals.
  • Partner Evangelism: Promote partner solutions and value propositions internally and externally to partners customers and prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders including Clevel executives solutions architects marketing teams and channel partners.
  • Data and Metrics: Utilize CRM systems data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking progress and success.
  • Community Building: Foster a community of practitioners to develop solutions that benefit our client partnerships.


Preferred Skills / Experience:


  • B.E. / B.Tech / any graduate MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience with a significant portion in sales or partnership roles.
  • Proven ability to engage with Executive/VPlevel stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with across all multiple service lines and Industry domains particularly Cloud Data & AI solutions
  • Strong project management and team management skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Expertise engaging at the CXO level and managing joint GotoMarket (GTM) efforts
