In collaboration we are working together with a renowened Telecom Company to expand their sales team onsite in Athens Greece. We are looking for an engineer in Fiber Cable technologies looking to expand their career in Sales Account Management or Solutions Engineering.
Job description:
- Define and manage the geographical Customers for the GPON/ ODN/FIBER CABLE market ;
- To maximize customer relationships and loyalty;
- Finding sales clues and focusing on key deals to maximize FiberHome sales
- Manage the end to end sales process including opportunity management decision reviews commercial negotiations ect.
- Ensure FiberHome overall performance as well as customer satisfaction;
- The role also includes optimization of the account teams performance and enable seamless transition to operations.
Job requirements:
- Have the experience with market developing such as
GPON/Routers/Cables/Boxes/Closures/Optical cable/Switch and routoers; - At least five years experience in account management solutions and service sales in the telecom industry; preferably on Vendor side; Main market target include but not only Polkomtel/Play/Vectra/Netia/INEA/Fiberhost/Nexera
- Bachelors degree in engineering telecommunications business or related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree is a plus
- Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as competitive intelligence
- Ability to identify and engage with all key stakeholders
- Ability to perform under pressure
