Field Service Manager

As the Field Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the field repair operations for consumer electronics across Germany. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective repair services while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This position requires fluency in German as well as exceptional organizational leadership and communication skills.

What will you be doing

• Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff to achieve operational excellence including recruitment training performance management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategically expand the repair team over the next 1224 months scaling up from 5 technicians to 20 or more to accommodate increasing repair demands and enhance service coverage across Germany.
• Ensure all repair processes adhere to customer quality standards and specifications conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain highquality service delivery.
• Efficiently allocate resources including manpower equipment and materials to meet repair service demands while controlling costs and maximizing productivity.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow enhancements to streamline repair operations reduce turnaround times and enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations industry standards and safety protocols in all repair activities promoting a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers alike.

What will you need

• Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Experience in operations management preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry with a focus on repair services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
