As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be pivotal in the design development of projects through to completion. Your responsibilities will include outlining technical details ensuring the project brief is met from an operational and functional perspective writing and collating NBS specifications coordinating with all subconsultant packages and sourcing suitable materials. Additionally you will collaborate closely with the Associate contributing your technical expertise to all aspects of design development ensuring local authority compliance and carrying out technical detailing of projects.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit
• Extensive experience in design development
• Strong knowledge of construction systems and materials
• Understanding of local authority compliance
• Ability to meet briefs from an operational and functional perspective
• Excellent communication skills
