HR Generalist

Innovation Engineering SRL a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group specialized in the design development and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.

Tasks

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for the new starters ensuring a smooth transition into the Company;
• Manage and mantain HR records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
• Manage all recruiting activities from posting job openings to supporting the team in
  candidate sourcing screening and interviewing;
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes;
• Provide HR support to employees and management;
• Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in timely and accurate
  manner;
• Provide proactive HR best practice advice;
• Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees including workforce planning talent acquisition retention reward & recognition
  employee performance & development succession planning culture;
• Supporting the organisation in progressing the equality diversity and inclusion
  strategy.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a HR role
• Experience with HR systems preferably Personio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Professional proficiency in English
