Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO

• Build meaningful and strategic relationships with customers
• Lead customer onboarding experiences
• Validate and identify customer needs and potential challenges to ensure a great customer experience
• Engage and nurture your customer portfolio through daytoday communication to maximize adoption and usage
• Work on crossfunctional projects with product tech and operations to improve our products and deliver more value to our customers
• Identify and present upselling and crossselling opportunities within your customer portfolio

Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Clientfacing experience in managing a customer portfolio
• Customercentric mindset with a handson entrepreneurial attitude to drive results and achieve goals
• You have excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills to develop your accounts further
• Teamoriented work attitude and strength in communication
• A neverstoplearning attitude and a desire to learn and grow
• Fluent in German and English
