Power BI Support Specialist

Office Location: full remote role

Working Hours: 9:00 18:00

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract or B2B.

Duration: contract ending 31.10.2024 with possible extension.

Salary: 6500 RON NET.

Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be considered.

Tasks

• Monitor Production Yield: Sustain maintain and improve the production yield of products or their subassemblies through continuous monitoring of failure rates.
• Analyze Defective Units: Analyze samples of defective units or subassemblies report findings to the relevant manufacturing department or vendor and implement necessary changes to processes or components.
• Failure Trending: Track and trend failures to identify patterns and root causes and present alternative solutions to mitigate these issues.
• Process Improvement: Implement changes to processes or components based on analysis to improve product yield and reduce failure rates.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI to analyze data and generate insights to support production and quality improvements.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments and vendors to communicate findings and implement solutions.
• Project Support: Provide analysis of information and limited input on project direction exercising independent judgment within defined practices and procedures.
• Guideline Adherence: Follow established guidelines and interpret policies to make informed recommendations and decisions.
• Recommendation Development: Evaluate unique circumstances and develop recommendations to improve product quality and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 24 years of related experience
• Intermediatelevel knowledge of Power BI and data analysis.
• Ability to solve a variety of common business issues.
• Experience working on moderately complex problems and projects.
• Capability to exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in identifying patterns and trends from data and presenting actionable insights.
