Job Description

ElbeFruit GmbH a leading importer of premium snow peas and sugar snaps is dedicated to delivering topquality produce to the European and UK markets. We seek a dynamic highperformance sales professional to join our team. If you thrive on closing deals building relationships and driving business growth this opportunity is perfect for you.

Tasks

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Expand and maintain a diverse customer portfolio focusing on both retention and acquisition.
  • DataDriven Strategies: Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
  • AfterSales Excellence: Manage the aftersales process ensuring timely resolution of claims and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Confidently negotiate prices and close deals maximizing sales and profit margins.
  • Payment Oversight: Ensure timely payment collections from customers managing any issues promptly.
  • Supplier Relations: Identify and secure new suppliers to guarantee a steady supply of highquality produce.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics continuously seeking improvements.
  • Sales Activity Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales activities to enhance efficiency and results.

Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: Proven training and experience in sales methodologies preferably within the fruit and vegetable sector and/or international trade.
  • Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Claims and AfterSales: Experience in managing claims and aftersales processes.
  • Payment Management: Proven ability to ensure timely and complete payment collections.
  • Supplier Acquisition: Experience in acquiring and managing supplier relationships.
  • ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to act independently.
  • Performance Metrics: Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to leverage them for success.
  • Drive and Determination: A goaloriented mindset with a history of achieving targets.
  • Charisma and Influence: Charismatic and charming able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactive Nature: Quick to respond to leads and close sales efficiently.
  • SelfReliance: Confident and capable of acting independently without constant supervision.
  • Passion for Sales: A genuine passion for sales and driving business growth.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in one of the following languages is an advantage: French Dutch or German.
