Sie werden:

• Das lokale Potenzial internationaler Drehbcher bewerten.
• Berichte wie den Weekend Box Office Report Pre and PostReleaseReports sowie Geschftsprognoseberichte erstellen.
• Mit externen Anbietern hinsichtlich der Verfgbarkeit von Marktdaten zusammenarbeiten (z. B. Comscore Showtimes Numero).
• Verschiedene Berichte und Analysen entwickeln optimieren und pflegen.
• Tgliche Pflege der Box Office Daten in MACCS und MIDAS.
• Das Vertriebsteam in allen Aspekten der Trailerplanung untersttzen.
• Bestellungen im SAPSystem erstellen.
• Kinogeschftsergebnisse an offizielle Stellen wie die FFA melden.
• Die Stammdateien des Buchungssystems pflegen

You will:

• Support management and head office in the performance analysis and forecast of your own films (e.g. Weekend Box Office Report PreOpening Report etc.).
• Act as the interface for the international offices in Los Angeles and London.
• Prepare competition and market analyses as a basis for decisionmaking for senior management.
• Carry out analyses and regular reports for potential and existing sales partners.
• Evaluate the local potential of international screenplays.
• Summarize reports such as the Weekend Box Office Report Pre and PostOpening Reports per Title and the Business Projection Report.
• Cooperate with external providers regarding the availability of market data (e.g. Comscore Showtimes Numero).
• Develop optimize and maintain various reports and analyses.
• Maintain box office data daily in MACCS and MIDAS.
• Support the sales team in all aspects of trailering.
• Create Purchase Orders in the SAP System.
• Report theatrical results to official bodies such as the FFA.
• Maintain the master data of the booking system.

Frhere Vertriebserfahrung.

Frhere Erfahrung in der Filmindustrie.
