KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Bangalore.
Carrying out presales and postsales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
Customer Relationship Management Maintain uptodate information on all customer interactions.
Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
To handhold the customer through the presales postsales process till possession.
Preparing daily weekly monthly MIS of nature of activities.
SKILL SETS :
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Selfmotivated and resultoriented can work independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
