Job Description
Position Title: Network Engineer (Cisco Certified)
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup
Salary: Php 50000.00 Php 75000.00 (34 Years Experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM PH Time
Our client provides ISOcertified costeffective IT solutions including managed IT services cybersecurity cloud computing and technology design. They specialize in enhancing business productivity and security through tailored IT support infrastructure management and workplace technology solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A NETWORK ENGINEER (CISCO CERTIFIED)
Responsibilities as a Network Engineer (Cisco Certified):
Provide Tier2 network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Maintain accurate network inventory
Peer review of the service quality of network infrastructure design and deployment provided by service providers
Provide demonstration and training session to team member for BAU support of network/security equipment.
Design and implement network infrastructure installations and configurations
Deliver set up & install devices at user sites
Work with remote team to execute network implementations
Conduct site preparation equipment staging installation and commissioning user acceptance test and project documents upon completion of the project
Other ad hoc projects and assignments
Availability to work outside of office hours and perform callout duties as needed
Qualifications as a Network Engineer (Cisco Certified):
Diploma or above
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT network administration or IT support
Practical knowledge of the following technologies: Routing Switching VPN LAN WAN NAT DNS DHCP Network Security Firewalls NGFW IPS WiFi
Strong networking and security troubleshooting skills
Knowledge with Solarwinds / PRTG for monitoring scripting and assets management.
Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin
You will have an advantage if you are/ have
o CCNA or other network & security certification
o Experience on major network products (e.g. Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet)
o Experience on Telephony and Virtual Meeting solutions.
