Kitchen Management:
- Assist in managing kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency and high quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Menu Planning:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef in developing and updating menus.
- Introduce new recipes and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
