We are seeking multiple motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. The ideal candidates are proactive selfstarters with excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients develop leads and initiate contact through cold calls emails and social media.
- Client Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline tracking all client interactions and followups in the CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to successful placement.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams to improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
