Position: RN Operating Room

Location: Midland MI 48670

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days10

Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 46 weeks

OnCall Requirements: A call will be required.

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)

This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure and maintaining patient safety. The RN outlines individual care plans and implements evaluates and documents the care of the patient during surgical procedures. Provides leadership to the OR team. Communicate with the patient and family OR team supervisor manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education

• At least 2 years of RN OR experience Required
• Recent travel experience Highly Preferred
• ASAP STARTS ONLY

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (MI LARA & BLS ACLS AHA)

• BLS (AHA)

• Michigan

• Must have an active MI RN license at the time of submission.
