Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 36 hours GTD

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

OnCall Requirements: Call schedule to be determined by the facility

Traveler Policy: na

24 hours unbillable

1.5x OT/Call Back/Holiday

OT starts after 48 hours

** No RTO accepted for less than 12week contracts

This position assesses plans implements evaluates and documents nursing care of patients following organizational policies and by standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge judgment and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

• 2 years of recent Telemetry experience REQUIRED
• Must be comfortable taking Med Surg patients on the Telemetry unit REQUIRED
• Stroke experience listed on the resume at each facility where experienced REQUIRED
