3. Achieve Targets for the state for NonAgri products ( Fussed approach) with expected Growth over last year.
4. Expansion of trade network/ Project dealers. No. of new dealers and sub dealers appointed in a year No.of retailers qualified in FPRS Quantification required. 5. Responsible for Strategy making and promotion
6. Achieve the sales Traget for the state
7. Expertise in Team Handling skills
