Job Description
.
Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet client requirements for construction and maintenance works. Ensure that all contractual obligations and associated Service Level Agreements are met.

Identify and report design and construction issues with the potential to result in legacy of maintenance or aesthetic issues and with a view to rectify, modify and resolve these issues.

Execute soft landscape works in specifics with Architects/Consultants to achieve client requirements.
.
Assist in acquiring information, plans and resources to ensure a seamless and cost-efficient transition from construction to maintenance processes and to ensure a thorough record and understanding of the installed landscape.
